About Us

Welcome to the Thirsty Turtle, a premier deli and sports bar in Huntsville, AL. We've been "The Best Burger in Town" since 1990, but we offer so much more than just that! Stop in for an overdue game of darts or a pool game. Try a reuben, salad, burger, or one of our delicious sandwiches. Great staff, amazing food, affordable drinks, and a great atmosphere. This is a good late night stop for food and drinks when everything has closed down for the night. They serve some decent bar food and sandwiches, and prices are reasonable. Service is quick and friendly. I can't speak for the daylight hours, but at night, it can be quite loud as most bars are. A bit divey, but if this is your thing, you'll probably enjoy it!

Great place to relax and have a burger and a beer. Nice break from the too fancy and too pricey places that seem to be all the rage now. The staff are amazing and friendly. The food is great. Best of all NO LIVE MUSIC so you can actually talk to the friends you are hanging out with.
