About Us

Welcome to the Thirsty Turtle, a premier deli and sports bar in Huntsville, AL. We've been "The Best Burger in Town" since 1990, but we offer so much more than just that! Stop in for an overdue game of darts or a pool game. Try a reuben, salad, burger, or one of our delicious sandwiches. Great staff, amazing food, affordable drinks, and a great atmosphere. Ruben, Ruben, RUBEN!!! It was delicious. It was perfectly grilled with distinctly tasty rye bread that boasted tons of caraway seed flavor! I posted images of it, including the thin sliced corned beef that actually flakes away like real meat, not some processed and pressed corned beef loaf. The 2 ladies tending bar were great, personable not pushy or overbearing. We can’t wait until next time!
